1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Grace & Gatherings website, requesting a quote, or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Services

Grace & Gatherings rents event equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, games, bloom bars, and related accessories for weddings, showers, corporate events, and private gatherings in Forsyth, GA and surrounding areas. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Quotes & Reservations

• Quotes are estimates and do not guarantee availability until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
• A deposit may be required to reserve equipment. Deposit terms will be provided in your rental agreement.
• Final counts and delivery details should be confirmed as early as possible, and no later than the deadline stated in your agreement.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each rental agreement. Accepted payment methods and due dates will be communicated at booking. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specified in your rental agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing. We understand plans change and will work with customers when possible, subject to availability.

6. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery, setup, and pickup services are available for most rentals within our service area. Specific fees, timing, and venue access requirements will be confirmed in advance. The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate site access and a safe setup location.

7. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used in a safe and reasonable manner.
• Customers may not alter, move, or disassemble rented items without prior approval.
• Tents and outdoor equipment should be monitored during severe weather. Grace & Gatherings is not responsible for weather-related damage or delays.

8. Damages & Liability

The customer is responsible for rented equipment from delivery until pickup. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in repair or replacement charges. Grace & Gatherings is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from improper use of equipment or unsafe event conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Gatherings' liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
